Baupanel® is an integral, seismic resistant and thermo-acoustic insulating construction system based on a set of structural panels. A modular construction system that is built on site. Each element consists of a 3D high-strength steel structure made up of two flat meshes strongly interconnected by multiple perpendicular bars. The space between the steel meshes is occupied by the insulating plate with characteristics suited to the project needs.
This assembly is completed on site by applying two layers of micro-concrete of predetermined thickness either by pneumatic spraying or by pouring into formwork.
